MOS(Manual Operation System)is the main mode of structure in China's small and medium manufacturing enterprises' production systems.The "employees" is the autonomous entity of MOS,based on their perception,learning,flexibility and other characteristics,to a certain excitation conditions,MOS shows high self-organizing and self-adaptive level.From the four perspectives of production system performances or goals,employees state variables,control parameters,random disturbance factors,it deeply analyzes the self-organization operational mechanism of MOS and believes that the performances or objectives of production system and the staff state variables affect each other,and the control parameters and random disturbance factors commonly determine the status of the staff.Based on operational mechanism of MOS,it establishes equations of state evolution of the MOS depending on cooperation-dynamics and obtains the unstable state and steady-state solution under the conditions of random fluctuation present and not present,it analyzes the conditions for MOS to achieve and maintain the steady-state so as to supply theory basis and reference value to production management.
