By using the three-dimension finite element method,the paper analyzes the steel box girder bridge with small radius and large curvature,gives its analysis of the response under different load and undertakes the lateral comparison,explores the bearing performance of the curved steel box beams,the shear lag effect and the practical calculation methods.The result shows that the addition of the lateral diaphragm is the best scheme for reducing the distortion of the thin web cross section.
