Protection of Healthcare Information: Adding Cyber Resilience and Recovery

Healthcare Information is increasingly the target of criminal cyberattacks. Typical security approaches involve perimeter defenses like firewalls, detection, prevention, etc. These work some of the time, not all the time. Moving Target Defense (MTD) is a new approach to protecting systems. In this paper, we present one MTD approach called SCIT. MTD changes the attack surface and thus confuses the attacker.
