The invention discloses a control system of rapid variable-frequency lifting and transverse-moving parking equipment. The control system comprises a central processing system; the central processing system is connected with a man-machine operating system, a safety monitoring system, a frequency conversion system, a guiding system and an actuating component by field buses; the guiding system is connected with an upper computer; the upper computer is connected with a vehicle license plate recognition system, a two-dimension code system and an integrated circuit (IC) card system. According to the rapid variable-frequency lifting and transverse-moving parking equipment, a lifter is arranged for every two columns of parking spaces; the rapid variable-frequency lifting and transferring parking equipment is multi-tower alternate combination type parking equipment, and the whole parking space is reduced by a common shaftway space, so that parking spaces are increased; the control system of the rapid variable-frequency lifting and transferring parking equipment is capable of leaving a proper lifting shaftway space for each lifer by controlling overall lateral movement of a parking mechanism, so that the reliable operation of the lifters can be guaranteed; when one lifter runs, a signal is fed back to the central processing system immediately, the central processing system gives a command of forbidding the operation of the other lifters after the signal is processed by the central processing system, and the command is transmitted to an actuating mechanism.
