Web service packaging method and Web service packaging system both used for ABINIT parallel computing system

The invention discloses a Web service packaging method used for an ABINIT parallel computing system. The Web service packaging method includes receiving information related with a task through a Web service interface, extracting useful information and generating a job script file by a script generator according to the received information related with the task, and submitting the generated job script file to a computing cluster system for the convenience of the computing cluster system to call the ABINIT parallel computing system to execute corresponding jobs according to the job script file . Correspondingly, the invention further provides a Web service packaging system used for the ABINIT parallel computing system. By adopting the Web service packaging method and the Web service packaging system, difficulty in task submission can be lowered and working efficiency can be improved.
