Method of negotiating about target wakeup time (TWT), access point (AP) and station (STA)

The invention provides a method of negotiating about a target wakeup time (TWT), an access point (AP) and a station (STA). The method comprises steps: the AP generates a plurality of first media access control (MAC) frames, wherein the plurality of the first MAC frames correspond to a plurality of STAs on a one-to-one basis, each first MAC frame in the plurality of first MAC frames carries a TWT parameter of a corresponding STA or instruction information for instructing the corresponding STA to send the TWT parameter to the AP; and the AP simultaneously sends a corresponding first MAC frame to each STA in the plurality of STAs, wherein the first MAC frame is used for enabling an STA corresponding to the first MAC frame to determine the TWT parameter. In the embodiments of the present application, by simultaneously sending a corresponding first MAC frame to each STA in a plurality of STAs respectively, an AP can simultaneously negotiate with the plurality of STAs about a TWT parameter of each STA, so that the negotiation efficiency can be improved.
