The Staff Creativity Lab: Promoting Creativity in the Automated Library.

Abstract To help foster an atmosphere that encourages creative thinking, the University of Arizona Library established the Staff Creativity Lab (SCL). In the SCL, staff learn to use different microcomputers and new software, and to develop new skills over networks. This article reviews the reasons and uses for a SCL.
