Operation and Configuration of Energy Storage in Distribution Network for Disaster Prevention

According to the analysis of the anti-disaster effect of energy storage, this paper puts forward the operation strategy of distribution network with energy storage during the disaster, and simulates the process of using energy storage power station to ensure the critical users of regional distribution network not lose power. Using the passive detection method, the island detection of the energy storage power station for faults in disasters is realized. A seamless switching control strategy for grid-connected/off-grid switching of the energy storage power station is proposed, which ensures the power quality of critical users. Finally, the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed operation strategy and control method, and the configuration of the energy storage power station is obtained according to the simulation results, which provides a reference for the construction of the energy storage power station on the power grid side.
