A RSSI Measurement in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on the Second Correction

The paper aims to improve the location accuracy of the unknown node by reducing the range measurement error between the beacon nodes and unknown nodes.The parameters of measurement model are determined by anchor nodes,and further the measurement data corrected,which can reduce the measurement error.The measurement between unknown nodes and beacon nodes can be calculated by the measurement model,by which parameters have been determined.The measurement data could be corrected by correction factor.The proposed method has been confirmed effectively through experimental simulation.The proposed method can effectively reduce the measurement error compared to the original RSSI measurement.The improved RSSI measurement can improve the accuracy of the unknown nodes locations.
