Protection Measures on rare and endangered plants in Kunming region

The species and distribution of rare and endangered plants in Kunming area are investigated as well as the protection situation.The results discover that there are 55 species of rare and endangered plants belonging to 54 genera and 42 families distributed in Kunming,among which 1 species of epiphyte and 3 species of pteridophytes and 7 species of gymnospermae and 44 species of angiosperm are found.The protection of rare and endangered plants measures are put forward by analyzing the reasons that causes the present situation.
