Study on application of optical ULL fiber in electric power communication network

This article describes the main technical parameters of new optical ULL fiber of Corning's in United States,and adopted the technology research projects of first time useing optical ULL fiber in the Qinghai-Tibet DC performance networking.It proposed projects to meet the more complex conditions of a typical scheme and checked Its optical power budget,OSNR(optical signal to noise ratio).It carried out economic analysis and environmental adaptability.
