Application of Mooring Winch on a Large Open Sea Unloading Platform

On a large open sea unloading platform,the big loads of wind,wave and current are acted on large bulk carrier during berthing.The mooring facility installed on the vessel is fixed,under some adverse conditions,it is difficult to satisfy the operating requirements,sometimes the assistance of pushing by the tugboat is necessary in order to offer the sufficient restraint.Setting up the mooring winch is good solution of adding numbers of mooring lines and adjusting the force of mooring lines,which can effectively improve the safety of berthing and provide the examples of similar projects.
