Study on Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Suppression of Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) in Color TV Set

Because of the small volume,high efficiency,high power factor etc,SMPS is widely used in various TV set,but it is limited by quite prominent electromagnetic interference(EMI) led by its operating characteristic.Starting with EMI model of SMPS in color TV set,EMI sources and paths as well as sensing device of SMPS are analyzed,and methods are proposed for suppressing EMI of SMPS in color TV set.
