On the consideration of phenomenological uncertainty
暂无分享,去创建一个
An approach to evaluate the influence of phenomenological uncertainty in reliability assessments is proposed. A simple scheme is developed to update initial estimates of the proneness to failure as the time during which the system operates increases. Conclusions are drawn with respect to the significance of very high reliability estimates.
