High-power amplifiers are a necessary component of wireless transmitters at microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies. For microwave and millimeter-wave systems, output power from an individual solid-state device is often not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to research amplifying system. The amplifying system using power combining usually consist of three stages: dividing the input signal, amplifying the divided signals, and combining the amplified powers. Thus, multiple-port power dividers with low insertion loss and wideband characteristics are required. So designed of the multi-way power divider circuits with equal power outputs has received considerable attention. For this background, this paper presents a novel four-way power divider circuits on millimeter-wave.
