Apparatus and method for spatial reuse scheduling in multihop cellular system

A simultaneous transmission scheduling device in a multi-hop cellular system and a method thereof are provided to suppress the increase of scheduling complexity even though the number of relay stations or mobile stations within a cell area of a base station increases, and reduce the load of the base station. A multi-hop cellular system performs simultaneous transmission scheduling. The multi-hop cellular system comprises a base station(200) and one of relay stations(210~260). The base station transmits simultaneous transmission relay station set information to the relay stations, and broadcasts a data frame including an identifier of a predetermined relay station, which is to receive data. The relay station receives the simultaneous transmission relay station set information from the base station. If the relay station receives the data frame from the base station, the relay station compares the identifier of the predetermined relay station with the simultaneous relay station set information to check a set state of the specific relay station. Thereafter, the relay station is operated according to the set station of the specific relay station.
