Design of MJPEG2000 HD Video Codec

There has not been a good practicability and full system for high definition video based on the Motion-JPEG2000. This paper describes the implementation of MJPEG2000 HD image compression system, which can carry out the JPEG2000 code-stream from the hardware and pack it into MJPEG2000 code-stream in the software.
