The invention discloses a dynamic monitoring system and method for a dead zone of a vehicle. According to the dynamic monitoring system for the dead zone of the vehicle, real-time monitoring, dynamic analysis and sound-light alarming are carried out on adjacent lanes and the vehicles in the adjacent lanes according to vehicle operation parameters, driving states, road conditions and driving purposes of drivers; the monitoring system is used for dynamically adjusting excitation signals of ultrasonic probes on the two sides of a vehicle body so that different detection regions can be obtained; a signal preprocessing unit is used for carrying out signal to noise ratio evaluation on weak obstacle reflection wave signals received by the probes, and carrying out gain adjustment on signal amplification circuit in the probes so as to obtain echo signals with higher signal to noise ratios. According to the dynamic monitoring system and method for the dead zone of the vehicle, a main control framework and a secondary control framework of the system can be used for processing related signals of sensors on the vehicle body respectively so that blind zone rapid detection, dynamic adjustment, target tracking, zone alarming and dead zone safe warning functions under different road conditions, different weathers and different driving conditions can be realized.
