Using Lanchester Combat Models to aid battlefield visualization

A menu driven software application was developed in order to visualize military battlefields in a virtual environment. Military units were drawn on real terrain data. Some animation features were also introduced. Developed system used Lanchester Combat Model which was developed for evaluating which of the two forces will be victorious after the battle and how the system will reveal the fog of war.
