Methods of Analysis of Distortion in Computer Aided Machining

In order to collect the cutting process parameters rapidly, correctly and logically, FEM and artificial NN are applied in the analysis of distortions during computer aided machining. Through logical system design, this method can predict the precise distortion during cutting and optimize the processing parameters. It has been proved by practical use that the method is reliable in lowering the manufacturing cost, enhancing the production rate effectively and reaching the design aim.
