By tangent flowing of the cooling media, heat exchanging speed of the cooling media and high-temperature rolled pieces is greatly improved, steel surfaces and core part grain growth can be effectively avoided, the strength is improved, and meanwhile other performance is obviously improved. Meanwhile, the spiral nozzle is small, energy consumption is lowered, cooling capacity is improved, a corrosion resistant coating layer is sprayed on the surface of the nozzle, and the corrosion resistance of the nozzle is improved.
