A Kind of Virtual Instrument Based Data Acquisition for Vehicle Test

A data acquisition platform for vehicle test is presented by combining virtual instrumentation technology with graphical programming environment of LabVIEW. Multiple modular instrumentations are employed for capturing different kinds of data from electronic transducers and CAN bus in synchronization. LabVIEW based software adopts QSM-PC (Queued State Machine Producer Consumer) architecture, which can perform functions of multi-channel, real-time data acquisition, processing, storage, and readback. The presented platform, taking advantages of high integratability and great scalability, is verified by real-vehicle experiments.
