Notfallsonografie im Rettungsdienst – Schritt für Schritt

Auf den bodengebundenen Notarzteinsatzfahrzeugen werden von vielen Organisationen aktuell mobile Ultraschallgeräte angeschafft. Neben der hier beschriebenen eFAST-Untersuchung kann der mobile Ultraschall auch als Alternative zum intraossären Zugang beim Auffinden von Gefäßen hilfreich sein 1 .
