Research and Implementation of Video Image UDP Transmission Base on Standard JPEG

Based on wireless video surveillance system, this paper proposes a new image coding strategy and a compensation method when image data is lost during transmission. UDP transmission of video image in the security and reliability are two aspects of the study. And we present an expansion protocol for network video image transmission based on UDP protocol.
