AUTOMATIC CONTROL: VIRTUALITY VS. REALITY

In this paper, several issues are described focusing on the future development of automatic control. New research areas of automatic control on 'control problems in cyberspace' and 'human computer cooperation control based on electroencephalograph (EEG)' are discussed and the further development of the areas is also pointed out.
