Risk Decision-making Model for Scheduling for Wind Integrated Power System Considering Optimal Configuration of Reserve Capacity

In order to accommodate large-scale grid-connected wind power, it is needed to configure rationally the reserve capacity in system dispatch decision-making. But the uncertainty of wind power increases the system's economic cost in reserve capacity optimal configuration and also makes it more difficult to coordinate the security risk. For this problem, a forward-looking risk decision-making model for economic dispatch is established with an aim to reduce the risk involved in the implementation of the dispatch plan for future time periods. This model is, by means of probability analysis of wind power output random scenarios, to optimize reasonably the output plans of each unit and the reserve capacity of the system and enhances the security-economy coordinating of dispatch decisions. The simulating result in IEEE 30-bus system verifies the rationality and effectiveness of this model.
