The main composition of the waste fluid of an ammonia soda factory is from the ammonia distillation process.Because its temperature is high,the solid content is low,and the solid particles are very fine,so the ordinary disposal method has following problems:the transported volume by pumps and pipelines is great,the power consumption is very high,the operation to pile up the waste at the impoundment is very difficult,the land square to be used as the impoundment is very large,the environment pollution around the site is heavy,and so on. With this mew method,the waste fluid is thickened at first,and then the thickened slurry is transported to the impoundment and deposited.Its advantages are as follows:the transported volume,the pipelines diameter and the power consumption will be reduced enormously,the working condition in site will be improved,the quantity of stored waste on the impoundment will be increased.Its economic and social benefits will be obvious.Undoubtedly,this is a very important and new technology for ammonia soda industry.
