Twelve-high oblique rolling mill & principle of strip shape adjustment

The paper introduces a new type of twelve-high oblique rolling mill with combined housing.The strip thickness is controlled by AGC hydraulic cylinder.A set of novel shape adjusting mechanism highlights the design of the mill,which fulfils its function of strip shape adjustment by means of the intersection and bend of the intermediate rolls and working rolls as a result of horizontal obliquity between the upper and bottom middle back-up rolls.
