The invention relates to a pair (1) of socks or stockings (2, 3) which can be separably joined together by a heat-resistant, transparent securing means (4, 5), making it unnecessary to sort the socks or stockings after washing, for example. The securing means are firmly secured to the leg section (6) of the stocking or sock.
