Analysis and Research of the Negotiation Strategies Based on Time Constraint

With the popularization of E-commerce and the application of mobile Agent technology, the multilateral negotiation in the behaviors of E-commerce is becoming a new research direction. Within the researches of multilateral negotiations, multilateral negotiation strategy is the main composition. Aiming to the different types of Agent seller and Agent buyer attended in negotiation, this paper made some researches and put forward the optimum strategy for negotiation.
