Moving cell is one of the new features to further evolve small cell technology for the next generation wireless system. It can be solved the rapid increase of traffic and can be accommodated massive devices. It can enhance the service quality for the users in the moving cell. The deployment of massive device inside the moving cell generates lot of handover calls. The number of group handover scenarios is found in the moving cell. In this paper, we propose the group handover management for mobile terminals attached to the moving cell based LTE-Advanced. Also we present group management schemes where deduce the handover calls for group members in the moving cell. We describe the entities of our proposed moving cell architecture, the protocol stacks of control plane and user plane for the group management. The group handover scheme can improve the vehicular user experience, and thereby can potentially bring significant benefits to future wireless communication systems.
