The article is a continuation of papers published in previous publications referred to the development of the Computer Control and Diagnos tic System of Distributed Drives [1, 2, 3]. Authors of the paper focused on the group of freque ncy inverters coupled by the ProfiBus DP network, elaborated expert system and integrated co ntrol and diagnostic blocks placed in the PLC memory, at an angle of possibility of utilizati on of integrated selfdiagnostic algorithms of frequency inverters to the implementation in the Co mputer Control and Diagnosis System of Distributed Drives (CCaDSoDD) system. The article i ncludes also an analysis of potential possibilities of utilization of embedded functions and restrictions connected with accepted assumptions.
