"Informatization" which is the capital paradigm of 21C requires ports in the world to renew as Informatization ports called e-port that is on the On-line flow coming up with Internet and Network. Thus, the efficient management of e-port causes the main issues that not only effect the survival and growth of ports but also exert new opportunities and fatal threats on them. Therefore, in order to complete e-port, ports need hubs model that comprises 'various network' and 'on/off-line marketing paradigm'. The more trade dependence and sea-transport importance is high, the more the countries need to achieve e-port. To solve this e-port issue and its subjects such as hubs model, it can be the best start-point that we establish the right B2B hub model that combines all sectors such as ports, sea transportation, insurance, finance & settlement, customs clearance etc. and progresses rationally and smoothly. This thesis focused on B2B trade regarding hubs model to achieve global e-port mechanism. The analysis of this thesis presents 'concern factors when designing e-port', 'Website strategies (6C) of Global e-port' etc. and suggests 'Meta e-ports model' by those presented issues. Next thesis is needed for substantial, systemic, and technical problems or bottlenecks on the application of global e-port in details.
