A Path Planning Algorithm based on Optimal Control

The paper proposed a path planning algorithm of parafoil based on optimal control.To improve the impact point accuracy and reduce the manipulated variable, we transformed the track optimizing problem into parameter optimization problem and effectively solve the problem by the Particle Swarm Optimization.Then the approximate optimal solutions of the path planning parafoil based on optimal control are obtained.In order to verifying the feasibility,we experimentize by the traditional segmentation control algorithm and the proposed optimal control algorithm.The computer simulation results of parafoil system homing shows that the path planning algorithm of parafoil based on optimal control improves the position precision and the direction precision and reduces the manipulated variable.
