Fuzzy Guaranteed Cost Tracking Control for Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

In this paper, we propose a fuzzy logic based guaranteed cost controller for trajectory tracking in uncertain nonlinear systems. Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is utilized to represent a uncertain nonlinear dynamic systems subject to parameter uncertainties, external disturbance, and measurement noise. Based on the fuzzy model, a observer-based fuzzy controller is developed with guaranteed cost performance. The key point of the proposed approaches is to achieve conditions under a LMI formulation in the case of an uncertain and disturbed T-S fuzzy model. Finally, a simulation is provided to show the efficiency of the proposed approach.
