태국 관광가이드의 직무만족과 장래성 인식 집단 간 차이 연구

The purpose of this study was to draw the job satisfaction factors of Thai tour guide and investigate the job satisfaction factors that had influence on general job satisfaction, and to devise a plan for tour guide with continuous advancement as a preferable job for the future. Analysis is based on samples of 204 Thai tour guides with Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, t-test, and Cluster Analysis. The results of this study were as follows : First, five factors of job itself, work environment, qualification and talent, colleagueship, prospect awareness were deducted as the job satisfaction factors. Second, among the five of job satisfaction factors, job itself(t=4.399, p<.001), work environment(t=2.680, p<.01), prospect awareness(t=2.665, p<.01) are statistically significant(F=19.00, df=5, p<.001). Third, the distintion between prospect awareness groups of tour guide in population statistics determined only by the type of work and the job satisfaction of highly perceived prospect awareness group was more satisfactory than low perceived prospect awareness group.
