Recently, as urban population's life style has changed, the demand of the small-sized apartment house is increasing similar to a demand of the large apartment which was primary residential house in the past. Among these, there are noticeable interest about the officetel because of the relief on relevant law policy and a rise on deposit money for the lease of a house as redevelopment project begin in Seoul. However, the research for the officetel which is popular for a residential usage is insignificant contrast to the research about an apartment. Therefore, the purpose of this research is an analysis on factors affecting the market price of the residential officetel in the northeast area of Seoul so that it can be used by construction company whenever they need a basis of the officetel development data.
