The sample is positive for peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase B (PPIB) and negative for bacterial dihydrodipicolinate reductase (dapB) RNA expression. Chose the letter that corresponds to the chromogenic RNA signal in Figure 1. Figure 2: DAPI-labeled, merged epi-fluorescence image of the same sample shown in Figure 1. No immunological or in situ hybridization assay was performed on this section. Blue, green and red wavelength channels are captured with matching camera settings. Identify the pigment producing the merged autofluorescence in Figure 2 and brightfield signal in Figure 1.
