Notice of RetractionThe exploration for the tutorial system for undergraduates of English

This paper analyzes the developmental dilemma of the undergraduate tutorial system, and the current education of English studies in Chinese higher learning. Taking Xi'an Polytechnic University as an example, the author explores a bottom-up strategy of conducting the reform of tutorial system, which justifies the necessity and favorable condition of implementing the tutorial system for undergraduates of English.
