Adaptive tracking algorithm for mobile communications

The authors propose a new adaptive tracking algorithm which has been shown by computer simulations to outperform the conventional decision feedback equalisation algorithm. Basically, a cost function is formed by generating more than one reference signal based on the time recursive phase characteristic of an MSK signal.
