Research on customer relationship management system

CRM plays an important role in the enterprise management nowadays.In this paper,characteristic of CRM system and the problems in the applications is put forward.After presenting the trend of improvement,this paper presents architecture of an intelligentized CRM system based on Web.It uses some modern information technologies,and provides the scientific method to manage the customer's information.
