There are three sections, an Information, a Tester, and a Decision Maker, that supporting decision making in BBVet (Balai Besar Veteriner) Yogyakarta,. During the time, data have been delivered and shared between those sections manually thus there is inefficiency in the decision-making process. A Decision Support System (DSS) is proposed to overcome the problem. Infolab 3-link as a decision support system at BBVET supported a Decision Maker to diagnose the disease suffered by livestock with data that obtained from the Information and the Tester. Through the system, a Decision Maker obtained a diagnose history that matching with the faced case. The Decision Maker input some diagnose criteria into system, and then the system processed and listed data associated with input. Infolab 3-link was a group DSS where every section was equipped with a computer running the Infolab 3-link software, so that data were stored directly into system. System database were placed centrally in the Information division and were protected so cannot be modified by others division. All computers were linked through LAN. In this schema, the Information division had task as a system administrator that observed, arranged access rights and kept data integrity in all divisions.
