The invention provides an automatic tree-dimensional vision measurement system based on a measuring pen with tactile function. The automatic tree-dimensional vision measurement system comprises a measuring pen, an image acquisition device, a workstation and a workpiece delivery guide rail, wherein the workpiece delivery guide rail is used for loading a workpiece to be measured, the output signal of the measuring pen is transmitted to the workstation, and the workstation controls the image acquisition device to perform image acquisition on the workpiece to be measured and then processes acquired images. The automatic tree-dimensional vision measurement system also comprises a robotic arm which is used for gripping the measuring pen, the robotic arm comprises a gripping part and a driving part, wherein the driving part is connected with the gripping part and drives the gripping part to act, and the workstation outputs action control signals to the driving part. The automatic tree-dimensional vision measurement system can realize automatic trigger measurement, is suitable to both manual operation and robotic arm operation and can meet measurement requirement in accuracy.
