Springback and Process Control of Front Bumper Reinforced Board

Reinforced board is an important structure part of front bumper,which could buffer and disperse the impact load when the car collision occurs,and play an important role in car safety.The board uses high strength steel sheet as preparation material,the springback occurs,which affect the geometric accuracy and quality of assemble.The forming process for the part was simulated by FEM software DYNAFORM.The simulation results show that,the eligible part can be obtained in practice by using the modify method which can control the springback,the forming scheme is reasonable and the simulation results are correct.
