PURPOSE: A 3D public option investigation system which accurately offers the aggregated result of an opinion poll on internet is provided to expect the issue by visualizing the issue inputted as a polling object on 3 D. CONSTITUTION: A UI(User Interface)(11) supports that collected issues are conveniently inputted. A database server stores the collecting condition which the user inputs and return information. A text classification module(12) divides web articles into the word by word. An analysis engine module(13) gives a grade to the classified web news. A presentation tool displays the statistical result to the three-dimensional model.
