Multi-attribute decision making method based on cross-evaluation and competitive view optimization

Learning from cross-evaluation methods in data envelopment analysis(DEA),a multi-attribute decision-making method is proposed under the assumption that evaluated objects always maximize their own advantages.Furthermore,on the basis of new concept of "competitive interval",the model is renewed by using "competitive view optimization criterion".Finally,an example shows that the evaluated objects' "initiative" is reflected fairly in the process of decision-making.
