마찰교반용접부의 6061T6 알루미늄합금의 기계적 특성 평가

This paper shows mechanical properties and behaviors of macro-and micro-structures for specimens welding region welded by F.S.W according to welding conditions with 5㎜ t aluminum 6061T6 alloy plate. It apparently results in defect-free weld zone in case traveling speed was changed to 267㎜/min under conditions of tool rotation speed such as 2500rpm with tool's pin and shoulder diameter 5φ㎜ and 15φ㎜, pin length 4.5㎜ and tilting angle 3°. The ultimate stress, σ T =228㎫ and the yield point, 140㎫ are obtained at the condition of 32㎜/min of travel speed with 800rpm of tool rotation speed.
