While dealing with the complaints and vigilance/disciplinary cases at the ICAR Hqrs., it is noticed that records relating to the trees in some ICAR Institutes and its campus are not maintained at all. There is no Tree Register maintained by the Institutes' administration. Complaints have also been received that trees are cut without the permission of the Forest Department and the revenue received through sale of trees is not accounted for properly.
