Active railway feeding system and method without insulation section for large power ac traction supply

The present invention relates to an active railway feeding system with a large capacity for an AC railway system without an insulation section and a method thereof. The active railway feeding system with the large capacity includes: a railway feeding device (100) which is composed of a converter transformer (110) which transforms AC three-phase electricity to be matched with an input voltage, a converter (120) which converts the AC three-phase electricity into DC, an inverter (130) which transforms the converted DC voltage into single AC, an inverter transformer (140) which transforms the converted single AC into power for operating a railway vehicle, a breaker (150) which protects a power system, and a power supply device (160) which supplies power to the railway vehicle through a trolley wire; and a central control server (200) which manages and controls the power transformation, control, and supply of an electric railway feeding system by remotely controlling the railway feeding device (100). According to the present invention, the speed of the railway is improved and the railway is easily controlled by supplying the power through a feeding system by active power control through the railway feeding system without an insulation section by an active electric railway substation and regenerative energy, and a current burden for improving power quality to prevent power imbalance and a voltage drop are reduced by supplying the power through the feeding system by the active power control through the railway feeding system without the insulation section by the active electric railway substation.
