Application of Virtual Instrument Technique in Data Acquisition of Gas-Water Pulse Pipe Cleaning Experiment

Gas-water pulse pipe cleaning technology based on the theory of gas-water two-phase flow is a high-efficient, water-saving and low-cost method for cleaning fouling in the pipe wall. Pressure drop and flow rate during cleaning can. A data acquisition system based on virtual instrument is designed to acquire real-time data of pressure drop and flow rate which can express cleaning effect. The experiment shows that the data acquisition system is suitable for acquiring data of high-speed multi-channel signals and LabVIEW could decrease development time and improve the efficiency of program.
